"The Process"
- Call us on (08) 9321 3200 to make an appointment. There is no charge for the consultation; it is an informal meeting in a relaxed environment where you are in control and can ask questions to help you make an informed decision.
- At the time of making the appointment, we will provide you with a brief Data Collection Form for you to complete and bring to the meeting. Its completion will take less than twenty minutes and will save you from the frustration of being ill prepared.
- At the meeting, we will discuss your situation, explain how we can help and answer any questions you may have.
- The decision to proceed is entirely up to you. You may have further queries and require another appointment, or may be satisfied and wish to proceed.
- We will prepare a plan and schedule an appoitment for it to be presented and discussed.
- After the meeting, you can review the plan prior to authorising its implementation.
- Once authorised, we will implement the plan and meet with you to confirm that everything is in place.
- After this initial phase:
- We will meet at least twice a year to review your situation.
- You may contact us at any time.
